Company History

AL-IDAN Company, is an Iraqi company established in 2015, registered in Registrar of Companies Department/ Trade ministry of Iraq.

SUSTAINABILITY AND UPDATING

  • Al-Idan company is committed to all the services it provides to the agreement to maintain the level of service provided (SLA) through which the operations and maintenance commitments and periodic sustainability are determined, time periods are specified for the periodic sustainability in accordance to the maintenance regulations prepared for each system with the mechanism of operation of the system and monitor the effectiveness of the system performance and provide the necessary support and maintenance to ensure the continuity of the system operation.
  • Our company also provides specialized support centers and teams to deal with and fix emergency failures that may occur to the system after specified maintenance hours and regular periodic maintenance working hours.
  • The process of maintenance, periodic sustainability and direct supervision of the work of the system and living the reality of work contributes effectively to understand the system affectivity and the requirements of its updating and the addition of features and working mechanisms for the system to increase the effectiveness of the operation of the system.
